Dealy in payment of gpf and encashment of leave DEAR SIR/MADAM,
GOOD EVENING.
I retired from All India Radio
in the month of MAY 08,But the deptt has paid me GPF GRATUITY FIVE MONTHS
LATE and LEAVE ENCASHMENT and CGIES MONEY NOT YET PAID. though 11 MONTHS have passed
after my retirement.lot of requests have been made even to CEO SECTT I & B MINISTRY
and LOCAL HEADS but all in vain. recently a CONSUMER COURT at DAKSHIN
ZILLA CONSUMER FORUM MUMBAI has PUNISHED the PF DEPTT for delaying payment of gpf
and leave encashment.kindly advice the current ruling on delay and suggest action to
be taken.
