I am not able to get PF withdrawal, need your help on urgent basis.

I am in constant touch my PF officer from both sides but still no response. They say kandivali office was shut for some time and now they say they don’t allow anyone to come inside, with this answers I am not getting any solutions about my withdrawal.
When I tried the landline no. many times its busy and when I got the line they just forward it to some no. where no one will speak to you.

Case- First I tried for PF transfer but after 2 years also I didn’t get any transfer then on the advice of our PF officer I opt for PF withdrawal but still I didn’t get any withdrawal amount. I am waiting for it from last 1 year.
Please intervene in this matter and please ask your kandivali office to act faster to process it.

I don’t know who is right person to talk or rather who take responsibility of this. Please help.
