This xyz am working in a macmillan publishing solutions which is one of the mnc company in
banglore. it having 6 branches around banglore, hear employees suffring like a dog we are not
getting a good salary or increament or bonous nothing they are giving hear nobody will ask the problem hear one manager team is there they are having good facilities like company car, petrol, mobile, then free air ticket. But for employees they will tell cost cutting even for drinking water also they will tell cost cutting am working from jun 2007 till now am getting only 5000rs per month. every jan they are going to give bonous but this hear managers are got the 20% bonus but employees only 10% bonous.
Company is earninig good profit we are working 24/7 then also they are telling company going on losse
