Hello ,

I have tried tatkal tickets several times and have never succeded.Now the online booking btwn 8-9 is already banned and after 9 no tatkal tickets are left out.
Why does irctc offer such thing which they are unable to provide. At the same time tickets are always available with the brokers but at an unreasonable rates.
I think whole irctc is an cheat as they have tickets for brokers but not for general public.
The site should be closed or strong actions must be taken to ensure proper dealing , which i knw will never happen .

Irctc website is very slow. Iam not using my account because the sie is very-100 slow. If u don't do any thing regards that so please close this website. Useless irctc. Untiltt iam not make my any ticket from this website, you can check my account. And some og bank's debit cards not accept bu irctc website, so do something.

I would like to comment on ltt-ers duronto express. I have travel this train on 16 november 2011 from ers to ltt. The service of this train has become very pathetic the service was too bad in this train. Please look after the pantry car staff memeber .They are not serving the things properly . The service by them was very bad. Please dont keep this type of people in this train because of them the train name lacking behind. And one more thing there were no handwash in the steel -pot in the toilet. We are paying the money and we are not getting the good benefit from the indian railway. Its my request to look after this problem very seriously..

Even after zero transctions.Website giving wrong message.this may be knowingly done by website operator.

Respected sir,i have seen the IRCTC vendor booths on railway platforms in New Delhi selling the commodities on much higher rate than the MRP.
I paid Rs.35 for Rs.30 product.Rs.50 for Rs.40 product.This is happening in at all the platforms in new delhi railway station.
as per the Rule selling the commodity higher than the MRP is an offence.That money is going in their pocket.This is a sort of black marketing taking place at a place like railway station of our Capital City of India.

kindly take strict actions against the booth vendors & stop black marketing...

This is not a complaint ,Would request to change the way of ticket booking .Takkal scheme was announced for emergency purpose .Some people can get the tickets from station or through online .Really appreciated for Online reservation feature .Before everyone utilized that option successfully and peacefully .But now a days ,its misused and irritated .because if am trying to book the ticket (takkal) before journey date (Its like a emergency),i got the page and filled the form and submit to payment gateway .it shows "service unavailable" .I got this error every booking . due to rush only every one preferred online .

Please provide , some tickets to online people as well as improve the IRCTC servers performance to get the inputs .Its just like a request ......

This is not a comlaint that am faced continiousely the same problem when i am going to book a tatkal tkt.as end not shown verify code.. still waited after 10 mnts login failed.
its very sad .plz do give the better service to the passenger as we are happy to journey ..

The IRCTC site is showing service unavailable for all the services even at 8:00 am in the morning. This is totally bad on IRCTC's and Indian Railway's part. Very bad service.

I have not seen such pathetic slow website. what happens to this site. it was working fine some months back. but now it's frustreting to use irctc.co.in for reservation.
Event in day time (leaving 8-10) , it's not working man. I tried 10 times , 3 times money deducted not reserved. dont know where to complaint. It's horrible. if u dont believe try your self.

IRCTC website for booking tickets doesnt provide the end to end reservation continuity and breaks down repeatedy in such a manner that tatkal tickets between 8am and 9am cannot be booked. The moment it is 9am(by odd clockwork), the systems work superbly fast but without any fail ALL tatkal tickets are already booked by then.
This seems to some kind of a manipulated mechanism or their extremely badly designed inefficient software which causes some sectional bookings to happen.

General public is being denied the right to book tatkal tickets online between 8am and 9am due to inefficient ways or manipulative ways at the IRCTC website and needs a technical review and bringing the culprits to book

At Noida Railway Ticket Booking Counter, I did observe that the Booking Clerk had several filled forms for whom he was booking tickets in the morning despite of a long line of people waiting since 3.00 AM. It is Congress way of working or Mamta Way of working.
