I was travelling on 28th july in 2925 paschim express bogie no B1 the type of food they were serving was of very bad quality what is the use of spending so much of money for A/C coach instead of Food they were serving alcohol at every station one boy from bedding dept Mr Gupta who was in this coach was serving alcohol to every person i dont what type of service you people are providing please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Now my husband had to attend some important meeting so i wanted to postpone my tour to 24th september 2010 so i talked verbally to the officers incharge of the package they told me to write a email stating my problem to get a written record. I mailed them my request after talking to them and thought that my tour is postponed. i called them again on their mobile numbers to confirm that my tour is postponed or not they told me that it is done and i asked for a written confirmation to which they answered that i will get it on monday.
Yesterday i.e. 7th september one of the officer incharge called me and informed me that sorry madam your tour cannot be postponed and you have to perform the journey on 10th only i was totally shoked by hearing this??????????? I was thinking that my tour is postponed and was relaxed now i didnt know what to do because if now i cancel my tour i will get noting in my hands ???? the day one if they had informed me that the tour cannot be postponed i would have cancelled my ticket and got the refund amount and the cancellation charges were nominal i.e. 100 rs per ticket. now you suggest me what should i do??????
I agreed that ok i will perform my journey on 10th but i want the journey to be board from agra as i am staying at agra and the train crosses agra and my husband would be able to perform the journey as the train comes here at around 4.25 he would be able to complete his assignments by that time and it is not possible for any one of us to go to delhi at 1.25 afternoon. if one wants to reach delhi from agra one must start at 8 in the morning by any means which is not possible for me or my husband. plus we have two small kids with us.
so i request irctc to please help me out in this matter and send me my tickets by fax or internet and make some arrangement for my boarding from agra.

I had booked e ticket which is information is below :

But on 17 oct 2010 above train is late more than 7 hourse that's why it is not possible to travel with this ticket and i am filled TDR on 18 oct 2010 successfully and received mail from IRCTC regarding when i will receive this ticket amount and they had given 90 days for processing this TDR and 17 jan 2011 has completed 90 days but still not refund this ticket amount in my account. I had dropped mail after that i.e 17 jan 2011 but any IRCTC employee is not given reply to my mail.
Please help me when i can receive this ticket amount because any irctc employee is not given reply or assurance for the same.

Today i had booked a ticket from irtc site Failed Transaction NO 0304091700 Dated 03/02/2011
I was surprised to see that from my account the amount of Rs 2380/- is debited and still the ticket is not booked.The statement states that the said Booked ticket amount is transfer from 03040917700IG40094874 to 30085132582 inspite of payment the ticket is not booked
You have shown in the failed transaction
The message which is displayed is Payment not received from Bank which from my statement is the said amount is transfer
So please look to it as it is very serious and Reply

A lady officer in Dombivli, Thane, Maharashtra threw away the certificate of a handicap person on the face of her family member (a senior Person) who came there to book the ticket from Rajasthan to Mumbai availing the handicap concession and not giving the tickets with concession. In all that ridiculous time pass the person who was supposed to get confirm tickets got Wait list ticket without concession.
This is worst on Railway employees part to behave inhumanely and do not have manners to speak & humiliate a senior person going to book the ticket. Also now the family will have to take the risk of traveling with a 30yr old handicap girl without confirm tickets.
Thanks a lot to that lady officer for creating problems for the family.
Authorities should take strict action against such incidence or else guide me to get some solution.
I am a citizen of india and we proud to be an Indian . But, if any one will ask about the indian rail its really very pathetic to say how is it?
Today I am traveling from Patna to Bhagalpur by Sahebganj Intercity exp in the class of AC Chair Car seat no.-29 its a very dirtiest coach in my life . there is no any cleaning in this and even there is no any pest control . And not only that no where mentioned about the pest control it happens and when it was happened . Atleast there should be a last update of pest control message to be pested some where .
Really I am suffering and not only I am all the people of india and also tourist are coming from abroad what they are getting the message by Indian rail.
So, let me know what the Raailway officials are taking initiatives on this.

I booked a ticked in IRTC . It Failed Transaction for 2 times.But the Failed Transaction Amount of 1976(988+988)
has been debited from my account.I want my money back.
Sir I,Emild Joseph have booked a ticket from Renigunda to Kottayam by Mumbai Kannyakumari Express(Train No. 16382) Train on 19 April 2011. But I don't know whether my ticket has been booked or not since I did not get any information or ticket . If it is not booked pl refund my money back.

The tatkal booking of train ticket through internet has now become dream for a common man. When the system was introduced it was thought that the government has taken a big initiative for helping the common man. Now it becomes upside down. The tatkal booking is not possible through internet as the service is always unavailable between 8.00 A.M to 9.00 A.M. But railway agents are able to book tickets between these time and i am forced to get my tatkal ticket of Rs.307 to Rs.600 from an agent. It is difficult for a common person to spend so much for the train ticket.
The situation in counters are also worse that the counters are blocked by the agents (Example : Dindigul Railway Junction,TamilNadu).The system was corrupt. Railway Authorities doesnt know these pain because they will be having free pass to them and their family members. If the system is set that the railway employeees should also get tickets like common passengers then only they will know the common man pain.
My humble request is to allow the system for the common person and not to railway booking agents and for money.

i booked 4 seater class tickets in agnibina express 12343 FOR 10-06-2011........hve paid through ATM cum DEBIT card.......the amount have been debited from my account but havent recieved the tickets...........plz help..........can send information to my email-id olgomi.moiayany@gmail.com..........i want my money back or just send me my tickets.....

I booked ticket from Angammally(AFK) to AVADI (AVD) on 25-01-2001(PNR No.4325578937) due to some reason i postponed my travel to another date.I cancelled my ticket mentioned above on 18-04-2011 before the chart preparation. I informed to irctc this case but they have not taken any necessary action yet.please consider my case.
