I had filed a consumer case with, Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-VI (Distt: New Delhi), Govt. of Delhi, Barracks, K.G. Marg, New Delhi-110001 with the following details :

Case Name : Vinay Bhardwaj Vs Canara Bank, Gole Market, New Delhi.
Case No : CC/650/10.
Case Filed On : 11/05/2010 (my email : vinaye108@rediffmail.com)

The Dasti was served by me to the concerned Bank. This Case was listed for First hearing on 22.09.2010. But on 22.09.2010 my case was not appeared on Causelist. I was given next date i.e. 10.10.2010 after that 15.10.2010 , 10.11.2010 & 24.12.2010 but my cyase was not listed in the causelist. I was told by the dealing namely Mr.Rambir (reader) that your file has got missing. I was told by someone that if I offer some consideratin to the dealing,only then my case would be listed.

However, I had requested Mr. Raumbir (Reader) many a time to locate the file but in vain. Even I had offered my services to locate the file but he resisted by saying whenever I got the file it will be listed before the Forum. I cannot do beyond that.

Sir, if such situations persistes in the consumer Forms , then where would the plaintiff goes.
