Dear sir,

I am living in LIG-64, behind Shah electronics. It is the common problem for everyone living in our area - KPHB colony, Road No:2, (In the lane of Shah Electronics). Earlier before summer we definitely got Manjeera drinking water between 7 and 8 AM in alternative days.

During this summer 2009, we are rendered waterless during 7 and 8 AM. We might be considered lucky if we get water once in a week during that time. We are storing drinking water sufficient for at least 4 days, as we are not sure when the water would come and not come. As we are given water for only 30 mins every 2 days, it should be a common sense for the government official concerned to maintain the timings (7AM to 8AM) and not cause inconvenience to the people. Or the govt should take initiative in informing the changed timings well in advance.

Definitely they would stop water supply if we are not paying taxes. We would like to know what is causing them problems in delivering proper service. for the past 3 days there water is not released.

Please help us get a good water supply service.
