I am staying in Vishwamitri Township of Manjalpur area nr. Vishwamitri Station, Vadodara. I have applied for new land line connection for about* more than one month, but have not got one till date.* Upon* contacting* respective officers* at* BSNL office, Race* Course* Circle, every time I got new answer like.

First time they said Linemen are on leave. Then second time they said even existing line have problem (Which is not true, I have inquired), how can we give you new connection? We lot of connection to be repaired, so we are unable to give you new connection. Every time they say wait for at least a week or so, but it's been a month or so, I still not have got my new phone connected. BSNL mobile network is also extremely poor in this area.
