Non receipt of pf I ,K.V.Lakuma Reddy , and my My pf number is MH/94095/ 2260. I have submitted my Form 19 & 10 C for my PF withdrawal on 2/2/09. to THE REGIONAL PROVIDENT FUND ORGANIZATION,
REGIONAL PROVIDENT FUND ORGANIZATION,BHAVISHYA NIDHI BHAVAN,PLOT NO – 22,STREET NO- 3,CHARPOK MARKET,KANDIVILLI (WEST)MUMBAI -400067
I have sent it thru DTDC courier ,POD no H57069238
I have also got confirmation of the receipt of the form.
It is more than 31/2 months since the said withdrawal forms by you. But till date there no refund to me.
As I was told by employer it was it should be credited within 45 working days.
I have been trying to call the pf office022-28695275, 022- 28692531, 022- 28692722, 022-28692292.
at the above mentioned nos but there is no response or phone is always engaged.
I do not know what to do. Pl help me to get my pf.
