Hi,
My car has insured with Royal Sundram through Apra Auto Gurgaon,There was around one week gap in my policy according to previous policy, they give me policy without any issue,
but now they are not consider my policy for the insurance claim, they told me that at the time of insurance there was one week gap , so your car damage may be the old one, and we dont have your cars photograph of that time so we wont give you the claim,
So please suggest me what to do.......? I have allready paid for the insurance so its my right to take the insurance claim facility, but they treat me very badly, no response from there side, every time i called them and they told me that your problem is in process. Please suggest
