My brother sent one registered speed post from India to US (with tracking) on 02/Nov/2010 from Chennai, medavakkam branch. Still I didn’t receive it, while checking with the post office; they replied as your article is missing, there is no update in the website as well for the tracking number. Please help me how to log a compliant and get my article ? or Please help me how to proceed in this issue?
