I have filled a PF from 2 year before. But still i have not got my PF.

Company has given me a Mob no. 9892615163 to know about my PF a/c status. But this fellow always saying that within 10-15 days you will receive your amount. But still now i have not got it.

Dear Varsha,

We think the parent company will not clear your dues normally, you have to officially lodge the complaint against them in the consumer court, for that you have to send a written notice to the parent company via registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution + damages + 12% interest in the mentioned time of 15-20 days, this notice will strengthen your case in the court and acts as legal proof. If after the mentioned time the parent company will not reply you with the proper solution then kindly contact us again we will tell you the next step.
