Dear Sir,

I had send a motor bike(Bajaj Discover) through Indian Railways Parcel Service on 12th of October, 2010 from New Delhi Railway station to Bokaro Steel City. Though there is no information about the motor bike yet, and also Parcel service people are not able to provide any information related to this matter.
I stay in New Delhi and have visited Bokaro twice and called several times, but they are not able to provide any information related to the matter, but continue making stories, rather providing any solution.
Please help and guide me how to provide how to proceed further in the case.
