Reference account no 027401509500, new account, the office branch at mathura, uttar pradesh has done fraud by putting my wife name payal kalyani signature forged in the documents for creating joint account and in thirst for opening more accounts .

a legal case against the branch manager is being filed by me.as such the new account opening amount of Rs 25200/- by cheque385038 has been put on stop payment by me in view of above fraud by the branch manager ,mathura branch.

i want the account to be closed immediately and balance amount in the account be paid back immediately.

I want dismissal and disciplinary proceeding against the branch manager.

reference mathura branch return slip no 20090428248 any overdraft charges will be dishonoured and case filed against the branch.

refer to service request SR99323928 at ICICI bank.two months elapsed since the said request i am not in receipt of netbanking password. it is better to open account in some other bank than this bank where lackadaisical response from staff exists.
so as a customer am i responsible if it is a no service area. sorry to say but this response will be put on consumer site so that people think twice before opening account in your bank.rather than asking customers to apply again for your own fault you must improve your office communication and despatching system.
