Dear Sirs,

I wish to state my resident telephone number KRU/CAK/248195 is out of
order since 28.03.2009 and the complaint has been booked vide reference
number: 14530 dt.28.03.09.

In spite of my repeated reminders nobody atttended the repair till this moment
and could not understand the correct reason. I have reported this complaint to
public grivences department and they are also taking steps.

My telephone has got Broad Band connection and I used to give daily lot of
mails to my business associates all over the world. Last one month you can assume my critical position and daily giving e.mails outside Browsing centre and
spending money unnecessary. Apart from this I have to pay rent during their
next bill for the out of order period.

I am ready to do the necessary spending to teach the local BSNL officers a lession.

Please inform how to proceed further in this matter.

Shall I book a case against BSNL to the consumer court?
