    Default Complaining about the officials of BSNL office, Mathura(U.P)

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I am a user of BSNL Broadband and having a plan of 500+ which have 1.5 GB free download and unlimited download for 2 am to 8 am.
    My broadband's bill for august 2009 and sept, 2009 were wrongly charged by including the unlimited download into billed amount. I have complained for that in BSNL office, but not action had taken. I had also met Mr. Saurabh Sharma "JTO, Broadband Office, Mathura". He did not even talk to us properly. He make us wait for hours without giving any response and talked in very weird manner. So, I decided to complain to the higher officials and I met Mr Sonvir Singh "GM for Finance". i submitted him the reports of my broadband usage, he understood my problem and told other officials to correct my bill but even then no action had taken. i the meanwhile MR. Sonvir Singh were transferred. At last i decided to submit my complain to LOKADALT and i did the same in the month of december. they told me that the hearing will be on next month. i the next month they told me thatthey have lost my complaining application so i resubmit its photostate. they told me that on the time of your hearing, you will be called. I visited them various times, but got no response.
    but, finally on 27th Sept, 2010 i got my case to be heared. But in the court the judge simply discard my request by saying that we have only last 6 months record we we cant do anything for your case.
    i told him that i have complained within 6 months but nobody listens. and they just give me 25% discount on the bill.
    Sir please consider my complaint ant take some fast actions.

    Default Filing a case against honurable. Kabil Sibal

    Dear sir,

    I am a BSNL Prepaid user. On 26th january Bsnl service was not available in Rajgoli area. Due to that have lost a order of RS. 200. I want to file a case on Mr. Kabil sibal who is our respectable telecam minister. As a customer I want to Know the reason for it.(I think i am having right to file a case against him to take action on him because i am paying him from my Tax Money)
