Sir/Madam,

I've been a frequent visitor to this service station as I'm an employee and daily move to office from this route. But on 05-Sep-10 around 4.30 - 5.00in the evening when my bike was totally out of fuel, I've dragged the bike in rain for nearly 2 Kms and came to this service station along with my wife. I do not belong to Chennai and I dont know Tamil fluently.

As I was running out of cash I've asked my wife to get money from ATM which is within the premises of Service station for which she went. I was standing near the filling station and said the employee for filling the fuel. As I was tired and drained I stopped there for few mins before my wife could bring the cash from ATM.

During this time another person came for refilling, The filler was refilling the fuel into his bike. The other employee asked me what I want. I said, I came for refueling and was waiting for cash from ATM. He said then why are you standing here? Later as I was unable to speak properly in Tamil, I said in Hindi. At this time the rudeness of these fellows surfaced to the fullest and they started barking at me that I should not speak in Hindi and should tell only in Tamil.

Again they started arguing with me and said that I should not stand here and should move on. I said them I came here for getting fuel. As of now they have been frustrated and started abusing me as I wasn't able to speak in Tamil and was replying in Hindi.

There was on old fellow with white beard, who was fully drunk and was working at other filler point. As this argument started he came to me and started manhandling me. As he was speaking, the foul smell from his mouth was unbearable. Later on with him there was a young fellow who again started abusing and using foul language and even trying to beat me and threatened me to go calmly otherwise I will not be safe.

While this was going on, I've asked them as to who is their manager, but they refused revealing it and had not allowed me to have fuel refilled there and using foul language made me to go away from the filling station without fuel. I've moved dragging my bike to other service station for fuel.

Is not knowing Tamil is such a crime and how come these bloody illiterate and goons have been appointed to work for a repute organization.

Is this the customer service they are providing? Is this the way people from other states are treated?

I sincerely seek the cancellation of license of this VEGA SERVICE STATION and considerable apology from the concerned authority.

I WANT SOME ONE TO TAKE CARE OF THIS COMPLAINT VERY SERIOUSLY!!
