I am seeking help in my case. I worked for my previous organisation for 1 year and 9 months and they started deducting pf amount from 1st month itself. I resigned from the company on 23rd may,2009 and do have the releaving letter. But didn't get my salary of four months from feb 2009 onwards. They told me that they're having some financial problems and will call me soon. I called up them so many times but they always had the same answer. Its 7 months now but still didnt get anything. Moreover, the pf form i got after attestation, has my employent duration of 1 year. They cheated me in that too. I want to know, what is the procedure one has to follow to sue previous employer on these issues as i want to sue them for mental harrasment and fraud case.

I am working in IT company from last 8 months ..Now I want to leave my current company..I asked my employer before 12 days that I will not be coming for work from month end..He told me I have to give him notice period of a month..He never mentioned such rule..No one in office know about this rule..! Now he is saying he will not issue me experience certificate if i leave it before month..What to do ? please help! I have not signed any bond with company !

I was working with capita (as an outsourced employee thru Spot Enterprises), i resigned from the company in Sept 09 giving short notice of 7 days althought it was not mentioned (they have not provided any offer letter) or talked about notice period while joining. the Contractor have issued my last month cheque to the company but they have hold the same from their end & saying that the contractor have not replace someone in my place, so the cheque was on hold,
ultimately the suffering is me and not my contractor. i have asked them if any assistance required i was ready to do even sent many mails & following up with them.
Kindly suggest what to do?
when i am asking the company to give my cheque they are saying why i follow up with them since i am not employee of that company? & when i ask to contractor he is telling me that they have hold the cheque & the payment made to bill deducting the amount.

I want to submitt my complain that the company Mancon India has not deposited the due amount in PF office due to which my PF fprm has returned back to me and the optione iis ticked in that saying that the company has not submitted the due amount. I am having that pf form that has come back to me from PF offiice..

I have tried to contact them but the HR person is not picking up the cell and they are not answering my mail.Its now around 1.5 years and i have not received my pf. please help.

My previous employer didn't pay my february salary.My resignation letter submited on feb 16th 2010. i got all reliving letter and experince certificate from the employer on feb 25th 2010. when i am leaving the company they told me,we will pay your salary on march 10th 2010(every month salary day).but i didn't recieve salary.Now i asked them regarding this, they are telling your not given 1 month notice period so,we are not pay your 1 month salary.But my offer letter and employer aggriment they didn't mention 1 month notice period.Other than i Gave them 15 days notice period.
Please help me how to get my february salary from employer.

Actully i left my co. in nov2010.After that I have submitted my form in EPF dept. laxmi nagar for withdraw my money.After 2 months, EPF dept. sent my form back to employer because he has not submitted form 3A ,bank statement and some challan etc.Now every day I am communicating with company but they are not submitting required formalities EPF.
Please suggest me what I should do in this case.

As everyone knows if your previous employer is not signing the PF withdrawal documents then its not mandatory to get it signed by them only, it can be signed and attested by any gazzeted officer too. So I did, I got my PF withdrawal documents signed by the Notary and got it notarized also and then sent it to the PF Authority, but what PF Authority did, instead of putting up my withdrawal in process, they sent my documents back to my previous employer and my previous employer kept it with themselves just ignoring it. This PF Authority also has no control over them, they didn't even take any action against my previous employer and asking me to first get it signed by them and then send it. If I was supposed to do all this then why would I have got it signed and notarized from the notary.

Not only this I also made a complaint to the Labour Commissioner and the MInistry of Labour for the same, but all in vain. No one is ready to help me. Seems as if the PF Authority wants to eat my money.

Anyone please help me in getting my PF money asap. I am in a very great need of it.

I have been worked for SASKEN Network Engineer limited for 3 years. At the time of resignation I spoke my manager's
to relieve me within 15 days as next company wanted me to join witin 20-25 days.
But my manger's was forcing me to serve two month notice period. Even I was ready to pay two month notice period
to company.
Because I am only responsible person in my home and I was in bangalore which is very far away from my native place
I left the bangalore and joined in delhi near to my native.

After 6 six now I am asking for relieving and experience letter from my previous employer( Sasken network engineerig
limited) so they are demanding huge amount from me 60000/- which is not possible for me.

Even company has not paid 42000/- to me( Salary+ Accommodation) for June 2010 month.
22 PL was left at the time of resignation.
Even they are not ready to consider it also.
But As per the policy in every private each employee has to be pay two month basic salary not full amount.
Please help me I worked for them 3 years and they are not giving me experience, Relieving letter even my last month salary

I worked there for almost 4-5 months due to salary issue, at the time of leaving the company they did not give me the salary and told me that I will get it soon, but now its around 6 months and I did not get the salary, may you please help me in this case.

There are many people who didnot get salary from this company.

i have the valid proff of the my previopus employer that i am having no dues of the previous employer still he is not signing on my pf form .so now i want to go to the consumer court.is it the right way to go to the court or is their any other option for the same.

I have resign Intarvo Technologies limited (Noida) UP. in March 2011 with f&f process duly sign by project manager but till 22 nov 2011 i have not received by last month salary & other allounces in F&F ,

This complain is against a software company named "La Exactlly Software Pvt. Ltd.", Location- Salt Lake, Kolkata, India.
This company misbehaves will all of its employees while working and also while resigning. Never gives any pay sleep, PF to Employee. Nor have given Form-16 for many of us. We suspect the company doesn’t provide Tax to government for each employee though the salary is taxable. Many of us are still pending for Release letter and experience letter, even after serving the notice period effectively. Two of us have not got the educational certificate back which was taken by Company at the time of joining and the certificates are all original. The company threats for Police Case and inform that “If your next company ask for any details, they will give negative report”, so none of the employee can face boldly.
Please help, so as we can put an end to all those and make the company know what is wrong.
