Hi.
My father in law was offered a employment in one of the companies in
Hyd to work for indonesia and after serving a month of employmnet in
indonesia and resigning his current job also, hisnew company boss now
says they no longer require my FIL service without a notice period.
they say the reason is my FIL got leg problems..he is recrutied for a
GM position and his age is 56 and except for some age leg probs he is
hale and healthy and all medical reports are in support for the same.
Can we file a case against this company? This has created a lot of
mental distubance.
