I have applied for Q NO: OLD C/4 to project officer kathara colliery CENTRAL COALFIELDS LIMITED .Project officer of kathra colliery marked the application to personnel manager kathara for allotment of the quarter.but personnel manager not alotted the quarter and reply that c-type quater is not for foreman as per instruction of general manager KTA. Another C- Type quarter has alotted to another foreman junior to me and other junior level employee also.
It has noticed that above mention C-Type quarter being alloted against Rs.10000 to Rs15000.
