In yesterdays 8.12.2007 Loksatta marathi news paper I read news that
government is going to charge on water consumsation. 150 liters per
person; 500 & above lit. Rs. 7.00 & above in % of charges for 150 lit.

I was very disappointed by reading this news. If I am not mistaken
water, Air & light is one of the human rights. If this is also taxed or
charged may be people will have to pay for the oxygen they breath ( as
it is there is hardly anythig because of pollution) & sunlight what we
get. In future one can except this; further we may have to pay charges
for the 'excreta'.

What can consumar group do for this ?
