Friends how can i file a case against postal department for non delivering of money order to concern person.


I have sent a mo through emo service of postal department. But they haven't delivered the money to concerned person. and said the address of payee was not sufficient though i have given full address of payee in thier form. For this they have charged me 100/- Rs withought doing my work.
