Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken a health Policy From ICICI Lomabrd last year and Continuously paying The Fees for that every month throughr my credit card .Last year On 8/11/2008 my Mother admitted to hospital because of some health problem and she admitted their for 5 days and discharged on 12/1/2008.But now as per their policy of ICICI Lombard they should pay me a 1000 rs per day for recovery of my mother health (Total 5000 for 5 admitted days)

i have sent all my requied documents to TTk health Service at

Policy number -- 4034/FPP/03676330/00/000

and all the documents were delivered to them on 29/01/2009

i have called them many times at their customer care but they are not giving me any exact reponse except assurance and farwarding request

i have all the Required proof with myself such as Courier Docket No. and their request Number also

Please do something , they really Harassed me lot , and i dont know what to do with them ,So please do the need full and tell me.

And if you can do then please make their system full proof and if not ask them to shut down their shutters
