My husband and myself working as Senior software professionals in reputed companies in Bangalore . We have two kids 8years old daughter and 1.8 years old son . To take care of my son while I am in office we have brought house maid [4500/- per month] from one of the job consultancies in Kerala . Upon agreement on all the conditions[Not written] such as should stay back with us for long time [incase no personal emergencies has come for them] and should not be in hurry to go back as soon as they come here because it will have a big negative impact on our schedules . THey agree all conditions , but after joining within one or two months suddenly oneday they will say they have some urgencies and need to go back immediately . And they threaten us by telling they will go when we are away and not bothered about the kid too . This give us more tensions to us and we are also not in a position to take leave and stay at home . Its highly needed to take some actions on such irresponsible persons who cares only about the money they are getting .

Here we are not getting any justice as a consumer . The job consultancy people donot have any hold on these maids as we give their salary directly to them . As consulatancy do not have any money loss , they are not much bothered about all these and will send another one .

Now a days these house maids are unavoidable because most of the women are working . But they are cheating as and giving more mental pressure to us .

PLease advice as how we should move with this complaint and what precautions we need to take not to be in such trouble in future .
