    Default Complaint of Rajasthan roadways bus service from mathura to jaipur

    Hi,

    I'm complaining about the early departure of the bus from the Bhuteshwar bus station, mathura on 9th July. I have taken the ticket from the Rajasthan rodways counter mathura for travel from mathura to jaipur. and i have alloted the seat no. 12 for the same. i reached at the departure place at exact 10:28 PM, as the actual time for the departure was 10:30 PM. but the bus was left at 10:15 PM, 15 minutes earlier from the actual time, as confirmed by the near tea shop person. By which i missed the bus. and due to unavailability of the other convenience from the mathura to jaipur, i missed out the very important business meeting held at jaipur next day. which costs me a loss of Rs.20000.

    Request you to kindly provide the refund of the ticket money Rs.180 and recovery of my loss and also give me a reason for early departure of the bus from the respected place. i hope you will take necessary step in going forward for solving this complaint.

    Exclamation Complaint of Rajasthan roadways bus service from Merta city to Ajmer

    Dear concerned,

    Yesterday I was travelling from Merta city to Ajmer by RJ07-PA-0656 RSRTC bus of Bikaner Depot. Bus was good and driver is driving the vehicle smoothly and conductor also returned the change for the ticket. When I asked the conductor at the time of boarding when it will reach to Ajmer, he told me it will be reach by 09:45pm. I said ok that's fine as I am planning to board Ashram Express towards Ahmedabad at 11:10pm.
    But we are about to reach Pushkar another bus going towards Bikaner was bredk-down, so driver stopped the bus and went for the help, and after their discussion they themselves taken the decision and infomed the bikaner passengers to board our bus. Certainly we came to know that our bus is not going to Ajmer even not to Pushkar instead of that the bus is going to Bikaner. Everybody in our bus resisting and saying then how can we go to Ajmer or even to Pushkar. Driver and conductor now became very rude and saying bus will go to Bikaner as there "SAHAB" told them. We have asked the number of their "SAHAB", but they are not ready to provide the number.
    Now anyone can understand in which situation we are we are simply helpless in front of bus driver/conductor decisions, I have asked the conductor and driver for their name and show me your ID card they straight way told I dont have any ID card.
    Later on all Ajmer passengers became very angry and not ready to de-board from our bus. After 15 minutes discussion finally they are ready to go to pushkar. They left us pushkar at 09:30pm. After our several request and even we told we will complain against you but they are not ready to understand our situation, we told that we have to reach to catch the train but this doesnt make any difference to their dicision.
    After a long talk what they say take your fare back from Pushkar to Ajmer i.e. Rs.8.

    Now I would like to lodge an complain against this bus driver and conductor.

    Will anybody do to change the behaviour and to make them understand the situation of the passengers or atleat to arrange the alternate way to reach to the final destination??

    Default Misbehave of staff of midway hotel of Rajasthan Roadways

    Dear Sir,

    I'am the emoployee of TCS and working with "Passport Project" Chandigarh, Yesterday dated 24-10-2010 i was traveled in rajsthan roadways Bus No. RJ-05 PA 1080 Bharatpur to Delhi.Therfore it was take stopage at Palwal midway hotel.I asked about parantha rate the counter person told me Rs. 15 then he served parantha with chatni then i told him i order only parantha then they told chatni is free with parantha then when i go to make the payment he said to pay Rs. 90 then i told this is not fare then they started fight with me and told abusing words that are accetable and the attitude of there staff was very discussting therefore i complaint to conductor regarding this he told me this is contractual hotel of rajasthan roadways i can not do any thing.

    Then i suggest to rajasthan roadways that if that are the contractual hotel so please will break contract that hotel becouse this is not good for civilian of india.

    Default Bus No. RJ23PA3531 hit on the back of a stationary truck at Daulakua Flyover and inju

    Sir,

    I was travelling in your bus No. RJ23PA3531 on 15th October entered in your said bus from Dharuhera at 17.56 hrs TN: 158. The journey was not happy. At Dhaula Kua many passengers got down and there was around 12 passengers in the bus. This bus simply hit a stationary truck at the start of the round flyover and with the impact of hitting, all the passengers got injured their lips/mouth by hitting on the front seat iron bar. Some people lost their teeth. I got only injury and knee sprain. Everybody was spitting blood and abusing the driver. The bus's head lights got broken and front windshield also broken. My questions are:
    1. Why the driver simply hit on the back side of the stationary truck?
    2. Do you have the regular Eye testing of drivers?
    3. How do you confirm that his visibility is OK so that no further accidents
    5. Why shouln't I claim Rs.10,000 against the accident injury and knee fatigue as I am still not able to walk properly.

    Default Dont stop on iffco chouk bus stand

    Hi All,

    On the route of Jaipur to Delhi normal buses do not go via IFFCO CHOUK which is main stand of GURGAON even maximum driver take the buses through the over bridge which is over the IFFCO CHOUK. Although Deluxe buses (like Volvo) go via IFFCO CHOUK then why normal buses can not go. As because of this passengers have to walk around 1Km to reach to IFFCO CHOUK.enti

    Your intervention is required.

    i want to file complain against Shree Rishabh travels Jaipur. i have taken a ticket from delhi to jaipur in Rs 900 which is very much higher then the normal rates. But i have to attend an important meeting next day in Jodhpur so i bound to buy it. They said me that the bus will reach jodhpur at approx 10 am next day. the bus departs at 10 pm from delhi and when i saw my seat, im shocked, it was completely broken and in very bad condition. i cant even sit on it properly. in the coldest winters of December month, i have to spend whole night on that broken seat. when i complain this to the ticket checker and driver they rudely speaks to me that they cant do anything, its better that you sit on that seat otherwise you can leave the bus. i have no option left and i bound to sit on that seat forcefully.

    Secondly, they stop their bus most of the time at small stops and reached Jaipur next morning at about 7am. After that their rude behavior doesn't stops. Before ajmer, they have announced that the bus will not go upto Jodhpur and Jodhpur passengers will have to sit in the next bus coming. when we oppose that, they said that they are like this only. The bus leave all of us before ajmer and we all are bound to sit in the next bus which comes after half an hour of wait. Till now its about 8am. The next bus driver said that we have to pay again for Jodhpur and when we told him about our past , he said that he is not interested in that and want money. After some argument, he takes Rs 100 from us and then we reached Jodhpur at about 3pm. Because of this i have missed my very important client and faced a great loss of my Company and also of my image. Please help me in this prospect. Appreciate your response. The bus No is RJ27 P6192.
