    Default Pending F&F Settlement

    Hi,
My name is Jigna Parekh, currently residing in Gujarat.I had been working with Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training, as Center Head for their Baroda branch. I had resigned on 8th Oct 2011 due to some disagreements with management regarding my job profile and relevant performance, and the resignation was accepted with immediate effect. I was ready to serve my notice period of 15days, however I was been told by the company that I need not serve the notice period, and would be paid for the same as per the agreement. I had send an email to my operating regional head. The company have had not paid my Sept 2011 salary also, though the same should have been done on 7th Oct. This company is well known for not making payments to its employees or vendors, and they literally make them cry for getting their dues.
I had send an email to my operating regional head regarding the non payment of my salary and full & final settlement with a copy to HR, COO and National Sales Head. To which I was been told that the salary would be done along with my full & final settlement, within 30-45days. I have had completed all exit formalities in presence of National Sales Head. However still I have not heard from them regarding my full & final settlement.
Kindly pls advice how should I proceed ahead to deal with this company. Is there any law protecting employee's benefit?
Your prompt response shall be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Jigna Parekh

    Default Full & Final Settelment

    Hi,

as per the policies of a company i served a notice period of 30 days in my company. After so many reminders to HR on 28th day i got a exit formalities & no dues format. Which i have compleated and submitted.

I have taken a copy of acknowledgement on No dues as well.

On the second last day of my work they said the current month's salary will be credited after full & final settelment which will take minimum 3 months.

Which in my veiw is a harrashment to any employee.

I wanted to know if any such time frame is mentioned in Labour Law for holding current month's salary for 3 months to wait for F&F ??

    Please advise asap...

    Regards
    devendra
