TDS not deposited individually by Post Office Head Post office at Kalyani, P.O-Kalyani, Dist-Nadia, made TDS from my Agency Code No-0238848A (As I am agent of SAS) for Financial year 2008-2009 on PAN No-AEOPM2402E but have not deposited individually same to the Income tax authority.
I have received verbally a notice from Tax Department that, I am not entitled to Refund of any TDS as the TDS not deposited by the Post office individually to the IT Department. Taking up the matter with Post office do not evoke any response
