I had booked tickets for April 17th 2010 IPL match and before tickets could be delivered TicketGenie admin people said that due to technical error they had overbooked and our tickets couldn't be delivered and we could either opt for refund or semis ticket at higher price. I opted for refund and after numerous calls, reminder, and false assurances I am still waiting for refund.
Any advices.
