I had sent a tender by speed post from bangalore to Secunderabad and after 3 days the document was still lying in bangalore at another post office. Finally I have taken back the document and went personally to secunderabad for submitting the tender. Already given complaint to the concerned manager by letter and so far no response. What I have to do further to claim the amount paid to the document and ohter expenses incurred to me due to their negligance.
