Respected Sir,

I have an APL Ration Card under Birati in West Bengal. The Ration shop insist me to expense minimum Rs 30. Other wise He will cancel my Card.
My questions are:

1. Is there any minimum amount for a month?
2. As per my knowledge a fixed amount of items are allotted for me. If I ask them to give two kgs of Sugar, then will give me happily. But If I asked them to give me 300 hundreds gm Sugar they will not give any item and they frightened me that they will not sign on my Card.

One more thing they do not give me any receipt.

Please let me know the rationing rule.

Also let me know what should I do?
