Our CHS is in trouble,dire trouble.
A harassed MC handed over the papers to the Registrar. One member was repeatedly writing letters on or two topics and the MC was fed up. None were willing to take over.

The registrar apptd an Administrator in Aug 2008.The Admin visited the soc afew times and then apptd a clerk,who also vanished.The Admin abandoned the duties and did not submit the accounts. Almost 15 months have passed.Numerous letters to high officials and repeated visits to the Registrar Belapur have not yielded any results.

The society account with Rs 3 lakhs is blocked and regular payments like elec,water,property bills are being paid from the personal funds of the members.The Registrar,Admin,MSCB officials are just not bothered.

When and how do we re-start?? Any authority can help???

The same Registrar would come down heavilyon hon MC members for slight faults in the account. Now who will bell him??? Any precedents ???any suggestions???
