Hello sir/Madam,

First of all i would like to appreciate and thank you for the job you are doing by helping people.

I was supposed to receive a courier( with a number (z06959280) having important matter in it) via DTDC(sent from Chandigarh to Bangalore ) that has never reached me and when i asked them for updates they had no reply as to where it has dispatched and this has caused inconvenience.

It is over a month now still i have not received a courier and i followed up with them and i have not heard from them after they told that they are investigating.Please help me in this matter and please let me know if you nee more information.
