i m using bsnl landline,but due to shifting my address was changed & where i newly shifted there was a DID given by BSNL, due to DID my old phone is not shifted yet, BSNL people is telling that surrender old connection & take new connection from DID. But if do so all my existing plans will barred & i want all that plans on my new number.
plz help me in it
