I have baught my two wheeler two months back.
I have still not received my Registration papers and/or the Smart Card.
I have found out that there is some problem with the Smart Card activation machine.
But why is it taking so long to fix the problem?

I received a letter from the office of the district transport officer, Janshedpur (Jharkhand) regarding confirmation of Sale Letter in respect of registration by Kadiam Sahil.

We do not confirm that the sale is genuine. Their check has bounced back and Mr Kadiam Sahil has been in escape and obsconding since then. We have not provided them with any sale letter. The sale letter is not genuine. Also the signature is also not mine, Ch.Kalyan Kumar.

I have taken NOC fron RTO jamshedpur last year Oct'2011 for Trnsfer of my job to Mumbai . I applied for registation in Mumbai (thane) . but still i facing problem about the conirmation by phone from RTO thane to RTO jamshedpur . RTO jamshedpur not pick up theire phone . so resitaion in mumbai (thane ) is not happen .
