I had purchased a BSNL IPTv last year and due to unsatisfactory service and wrong commitments given by the sales personal, i had resubmitted the IPTv. But till now after several follow ups they are not ready to take back or neither to take up the issue. But they are still billing us on the same. Kindly let me know where i should take up the issure regarding this. These guys are not acting responsibly. When they will know there are people out there awaiting their response. Kindly let me know on the same.
