Delay in delivery of speed post I am nishant singh,phd student in jawaharlal nehru university new delhi. i sent a letter to gorkhpur on 19 march 2010 which is not delivered till date 26 march2010. speed post no is.ED905920115IN.
pls do the needful and give me compansation for that.
