I Had bought Ritz VDI BS IV ( Registration no. DL9CX3583, Colour : Silky Silver ) on September 28, 2010 from DD Motors, Peera Garhi.

In January 2010, I as informed that RC ( smart card ) is received & could be collected. However on reaching the DD Motors Showroom, Peera Garhi, I was shocked to note that RC was wrongly issued with Model Ritz LDI & Wrong Color. I was told that RC would be sent back & corrected RC could be collected in 2 weeks.

Its been 2 months now but I have not received the RC, Every time on Calling I am Informed, RC will be received in Next 2 days, which never happens.

You are requested to Expedite the issuing of RC
