Sub: Regarding Defective Water Supply.

This is to complaint about the defective Water supply to the above connection. For the past 6 months we are getting frequent disconnection in the water supply and that is too contaminated water supply. Some times for more than one full week we are not getting water supply.

Regarding this defective water supply we complained so many times in person to the Area office and also handed over the contaminated water sample.

Around 24 families got affected on this Water supply line.

Please kindly do the needful

I am a resident of Plot:222, Ayya Brindawan flats,Srinivasa nagar, Velachery,Chennai-42.We are not getting the supply from Chennai Metrowater for the last one month.We were informed by the Engineers of Metrowater supply that Pressure was not sufficient to pump water in the our sumps and were asked to install a Hand pump in our premises.We have installed a Handpump about 15 days back.But till date we don't get water supply to our sumps.

Request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and resolve the issue immediately.

Dear sir,

We have not received metro water supply for the past 2 years since our building was constructed. Recently the new metro water lines were laid and all our neighboring buildings are receiving water supply, except our building. When we contacted the local engineer, they said this is because of some fault in the pipe connection to our building. Inspite of many complaints, nothing has been done, all our neighbors are getting water except us. It is really frustrating. We are buying water for past 2 years. We have all paid our corporation taxes and sewerage taxes correctly. Please address the problem immediately and restore our faith in the government.

Dear sir,

We very often have problem in water supply for the past so many years. Even though we have raised several complaints we do not get proper response from metro water. As we have Deepavali coming in the next 3 days we expect them to provide proper water supply. It is really frustrating. For the past 6 months the situation in really worst. Please address the problem immediately and restore our faith in the government.
