There is this RPF guy @ bandra terminus who always takes a fixed charge on every luggage u take out through railway, he says i take 100Rs over & above ur Octroi for bike as my charge & if u refuse to pay he will find all good means to take it out from ur pocket, like he will unnecessarily bother you to open all ur luggage in front of him & show that if you are not carrying anything illeagal n blah blah...

Somebody has to take an initiative to catch this guy red handed, i tried making a video from my cell but it was not clear...
