we have purchased a property in tehsil -palwal. We have paid all the charges of registry for registration and all other works.

Now patwari is asking @ 1% of registry amount as bribe for mutuation.

Please look into the matter.

am student of HCL CDC PALWAL(upstair to axis bank near rasalpur chowk). owner of this institute is mr. Rejender.his not providing me regular classes its one or two time in a week. they lack of trainer even sometime they dont have trainer. they not providing books. they just playing with my carrer with my time and my money too. i dont know what to do. but i love a one thing of this institute and that i love the way they lie. they charges more than other institute and doesnt have any good things. they doesnt have proper lab equipments and software they always use pirated software. number of times they have power issues .am totally fedup with this institute .they dont have any trainer of CCNA. hcl is totaly froud. please dont join HCL CDC. no never join that bullshit institute.
