Complaint Against RTO Office Marthandam, Kanyakumari dist, Tamil nadu. Dear Sir,
I have given a Registration Certificate to the Regional Transport Office Marthandam for doing ownership change. It was submitted on 1st October 2009 and I received the acknowledgement too. They said it will be returned after 4 days, until now I didn't receive it. Had visit to the office several times and at last the clerk says the RC is lost and we have to do a duplicate for you. And I will make it ready for you within 15 days, this was happened on November 1st week. She just promised me only and there is no action. This has been reported to the Officer too, He asked me to write a complaint to him and he will make charge on it. As per his instruction I did the same, sent the complaint on 17th December and delivered there on 18th Dec. So far there is no response from the concern office/staff. I don't know what to do more.
So please have a look in this matter and take necessary action.

Registration of two wheeler and four wheeler I am a software professional. I am getting tranfer from my office in every two year. I am finding difficulty in applying NOC and getting registered in different state so frequently. Is there any way that i can take all india registration and i can move anywhere i want with my vehicle.
Letter not received at right time Patlur post master has not delivered letters, Telephone/Mobile bills in right time. Hence, we are suffered many ways. Please instruct to him the above subject matter.
