I worked with Eastern Software Systems Pvt Ltd., D-16/2 Oklha Phase-II New Delhi-20 (now shifted to Noida last yr Oct-Nov) for more than two years, before joining they had asked to sign a two year service bond and also to deposit my passport and high school mark sheet which I deposited and for which no receipt was given.

I resigned from the company giving a one week notice period and proper handover of projects and documents were taken away from me but on my last working day, our manager Mr Mukul Kumar refused to relieve me from the company services, I told them due to personal problem I cannot continue and this is not fair that on last working day you are saying like this.
They kept me moving from one manager to another. Finally, the Hr Manager of the company Mr Gaurav Malhotra asked me to give Rs20,000 to take back my passport which I denied them. Later on, when I approach through my father they given back my passport but put me as absconded on their record and not given any of my dues.

Later after four months I have submitted PF withdrawal form to them but after making a mockery of me for nearly two months they finally refused neither to attest the form nor give my account details. My PF A/c no is DL-16801/1395 and every month they deducted Rs780/- as PF.

Sir, I work for them day and night and it's my hard earned two years money which I want and without their cooperation I cannot have it.
It's a request to please look into the matter because it's not just my case lot of us are suffering from the same problem as there is no one who can put an end to the violation of labor rights and ill treatment done by employers to their labors.

Hoping and waiting that something definitely will going to come out positive from your end.

Hi,

I had worked for an IT company called Vinculum Solutions Ltd from August 2007 to August 2009. When I left the company they promised me that all Full and Final amount would be deposited into my account within 45 days. They just deposited 40000/- only while 64000/- remains. Whenever I ask for this remaining amount they always give me a new date, it is been around 10 months now. Same has happened with many other employees as well. I want to file a petition against them, Please suggest what should I do for the same.

I have not yet received the amount of Full & Final settlement anount and the accumulated balance of Provident Fund from my previous employer SHRIRAM TRANSPORT FINANCE CO LTD (DN - 27, MIRA TOWER, SALT LAKE CITY, KOLKATA - 700091, PH - 4010-4300, Contact Person - Mr. Sanjib Sarkar- Zonal Manager HR Admin) after 3 months of resignation . I have served there from 01/11/2006 to 31/05/2010.

Need your assistance in this regard.

Sandoz pvt ltd is niether settling my accounts nor they are providing me providend fund refund,pls advise what to do

I have worked with Birlasoft Ltd. Noida for 6 months and left in June 2011. It's 7 months now and they haven't given my full and final settlement. My total amount should be around Rs 70,000 however they have given me 35,000. Earlier they were replying my emails but they are not even replying my emails now.

What should I do?
