As we are repeatedly follow upping for excess of bill.
this is because of change in our meter as our meter was change by you on july 2008
and new meter reading was 080205841 and meter start reading was 00013 but we are still
getting bill for old meter no and reding is also calculate for the same and because of
this we are getting bill in excess of 2500 for last few month. instead of repeatedly follow
up we are not getting any conclusion , we are just receiving an acknowledeement letter form
your side mensioning that it will be sorted in fer day this is third time we are receiving
an ackowledgement letter for our complian but our complain are still there not sorted out.
this month again we receive bill of old meter no and and calculated accordingly old meter

requsting to look in this matter seriously as its being getting delayed from your side and we are the one who is facing the all the problem for last few month .
