Here's my case in detail and please help if anyone can. I worked for my previous employer for 1 year and 9 months. Joined the company on september 12, 2007 and resigned on May 23, 2009. The company deducted pf from my salary of all the months. The issue is that i'd four months of salary due when i left. They told me that they're having some financial problems and will call me soon. But 7 months has been passed they never called me up. However i did called them many a times but they always had the same answer. Moreover the pf form i got in return after attestation from them showing my employment of 1 year. I do possess the joining and releaving letter. After this much of time, I am getting sick of that and mentally very tense. I want to know what is the procedure one needs to follow to file a suit against employer for such a case as I want to sue them for the fraud and mental harassment they've done to me. They've threatened me that my career canbe hampered if I opt for the legal way. Plz help.
