On 9th Dec'2009 at 11.30am we travelled in a bus No. TN-01 T-8445 N-8445 which is from Pondhamalli to Tambaram. The conductor was sitting in one place and not even made a sound for tickets. We are new to Chennai we were not knowing that conductor will sit in one place and issue the tickets. we got into the bus at krishna nagar and i asked one person in pallavaram about the condutor to take the tickets, that person replied conductor is sitting at last and we have to go and take the tikets. i went near the conductor and asked for the ticket to tambaram, he started shouting in front of all speaking badly and i informed him that we are new to this place and we dont know that you people will sit in one place and issue the tickets, because in our state conductor will more form one end to other end in the bus for the tickets. Again he started shouting saying you will travel only in flights and you are new to bus and used some bad words.

My request is all the conductors should move from one end to other end in the bus for tickets and not to sit in one place.

Kindly panish the conductor as he was not wearing his uniform also properly
