full amount not paid in the monthly income scheme provided by the post offices this complaint is regarding the full amount not being given to me as per the monthly income scheme (MIS) in post offices
the account is in the name of Kushal Gupta and Dilip Gupta at the Kalighat post office in kolkata, account number being 9432896.
for some odd reason it suddenly shows on the account that on 22/11/2008 an interest of Rs. 400/- has been withdrawn by the account holder whereas no such thing happened
though there were numerous letters personally sent by me to them regarding the matter, but there was no action taken
i know that Rs.400/- is not a big amount and i m not even concerned about it but what i am concerned about is the people to who this 400 would be a huge amount and what if even they are duped in the same manner
please help me solve this

it could be a reversal of excess amount paid earlier. please get the reply be sending reminders unless you know their version you and we cannot make out a case as to what it is for. better send the reminders by registered post and keep proper records in a separate file

well a registered reminder was also sent to them
not only once if i must add
now the MIS has matured and the full amount (except the 400) has been paid up
