My friend D. Supriya was supposed to board rockfort express from chennai egmore to tiruchchirapali on 10/10/2009 with her father with reservation of a ticket of PNR no 4309227894. She was travelling by dadar-chennai express. This train was late for more than 5 Hrs. This train reached at chennai egmore at 0200 on 11/10/2009. Isn't she eligible for 100% money refund for this, because she missed her connecting train due to carelessness of indian railway?
