respected sir my name is manoj i leave at slum type area (lal kuan near punch mukhi mandir m.b road badarpur n.d -44)we were not given wheat by ration shope no 2150/81 so we are facing hungarnes and helpless if you will not take prompt action about this matter than we will die by hungernes.

My mother went to rationshop to buy some products at 4.30pm(06/06/2012).The ration shopkeeper says "i wont and what ever you do?".he was not treating the public in a proper manner.The ration shopkeeper opens the shop after 10 to 11 am & closes before 6 pm.The ration shopkeeper is insisting to buy additional household item like soap, Tea, oil,match box,Mirchi Powder, &Salt etc without buying that he is not providing the other items like Rice, Sugar etc.please take the actions to the ration shopkeeper.

The ration shop in U block Mangol puri near shiv hari mandir giving less quantity of wheat, and rice to consumer and he does not open the shop on time sometimes he opens the shop around 6 at evening sometimes 7 and sometimes not open it..

Sir thousand of peoples now looking at you and your action please do the needful steps

I am kannan, I am residing at palavakkam chennai-600041, the allotted rationshop for me
is near by and they are forced to buy biscuits packets to ration card holder who are allotted to the shop, and they sell provisions in the MRP rate without billing. The same provision is available less than the MRP price in normal provision shop which is next to the ration shop.

Ration shop is the place where we get things cheaper than the outside Market. For the benefit consumer only these shops are running, but these shops are not atall helpful for middle & lower class people.

We want to rectifying the following points
1. They forced to buy the Wheat biscuits . ( For information other shops are not selling these biscuits, I think the people working in the shops there are ti-up with the company on commission basis)

2. For selling these biscuits and provisions without billing. ( which higher than the normal shops.

apart from this if anybody asked about the above, they shouted to the consumer and also replied harshly '' where ever you want to make compliant proceed , nobody will do anything against me....''

Ration shop/Kerosine are opened by the government all over the India to help the poor people to get the ration at lower cost,but this is not happening time is now changed every body is busy in making money from various ways may be giving less quantity and black marketing etc.Kerosine shop owner name (Shyamali Ghosh Registration no 433 Kolkata-near kankurgachi) they are giving less quantity of Kerosine oil if any one is complaining then they are saying they will cancel the ration card is our government is so help less that this small people have the authority to cancel the ration card what our government is doing against this culprits its our hard earn money we can not allow such culprits to exploit us any more.

Requesting Indiana Ration Authority to investigate this matter to stop us from any more exploitation.
We will be more great full if this can be eradicated .
