poor supply

We have tried and notice on the number of occasions that this shop keeper is not giving required ration to ration card holders. most of the ration he is solding to the other people in black which is their adjoining. He giving less quantity of wheat,he does not open the shop on time sometimes he opens the shop around 6 at evening sometimes 7 and sometimes not open it..
I would like to request to take this complaint to the consumer court and have some good panelty against with this depot holder M/s. Om Parkash Sharma ward no.2 bhapra,post & teh samalkha, distt. panipat haryana.

some time he does not actual weight distribute and never give us rice many months before he give us rice he always black all item aur ab ki baar to ye ration 28 january ko hi liyaya tha lekin ab tak ration nahi diya aur pichla ration ishne november main diya tha ab tishra mahina laga huwa hai ab tak ration nahi diya ye saara ration aise hi black main de dega aur phir bolega ki ration nahi hai aap se prathana hai ki ishka kuch to samadan hoga ya phir wahi kalabazari yeshi hi chalegi ya to ishki ration dealer ship radh kar do ya phir ishe sahi taharikey se ration dene ki kahe aur ye hamesha hi ration main garbar karta hai ye bus wheat hi humey deta agar wheat 27 kg. deta hai to ishey 10 kg rice bhi to dena chayey ya phir 35 kg wheat dena chaiyey aur kabhi crocin oil 3 ltr aur kabhi 4 litr. deta hai hamesha aisha hi karta hai
