This is John Irudayaraj. I own a flat at Shipra Suncity, Indirapuram and
rented out to a bachelors by name Bhanu. He has just vacated and I have
cleared all his advance. He has paid the electricity charges, power back up
charges and the maintenance charges by cheaque which has bounced back. Now
he doesn't answer my calls and hiding out. In total he owns approx.12000Rs.



Can you help, how should I address this issue.
