My daughter v.vijaya has an account with hdfc bank Mumbai- Mulund (west) . Her account number is 00151050008737. Her customer ID is1490883. Yesterday we got the account statement sent by the HD F C bank and on 9th of july 2009 they have deducted Rs. 827.25 from her account for service charges and st and cess charges for the months of April, may and June 2009. We are really surprised as we have not availed of any servcice of the Bank during this period. We would appriciate if the bank sends the clarification. We do not know the e mail id of the bank . hence I am using this as the forum for clarification and getting the reimbursement if it is a mistake.
